Return and Refund Policy

At Buro Coffee, we take pride in offering freshly brewed beverages, premium coffee beans, and curated merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns are limited to specific circumstances.

1. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

    • Brewed coffee & tea (hot or cold drinks)
    • Pastries & sandwiches
    • Perishable food items
    • Opened coffee beans or tea leaves

2. Eligible Refunds & Returns

We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following conditions:

    • Damaged or incorrect merchandise (mugs, equipment, gift items)
    • Defective sealed coffee beans or tea leaves (must be unopened and reported within 7 days)
    • Order fulfillment errors (wrong item sent)

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

    • Your order number
    • A photo of the item (if applicable)
    • A brief description of the issue

4. Shipping & Delivery Restrictions

    • We deliver within the Lower Mainland, BC for fresh items (drinks, pastries, etc.).
    • Mugs, coffee beans, and select merchandise may be shipped outside Vancouver.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

5. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Store credit may be provided for eligible returns.
    • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.
