- Freshly brewed drinks, pastries, and perishable food items are available for pickup and delivery within the Lower Mainland, BC.
- We do not ship fresh beverages or perishable food outside this area.
Merchandise & Coffee Beans

- Coffee beans, tea leaves, mugs, and select merchandise may be available for shipping beyond Vancouver.
- Shipping times vary based on location and courier availability.
Shipping Fees & Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Once an order has been shipped, Buro Coffee is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the courier.
4. Refunds & Returns

- Brewed beverages and perishable food items are non-refundable due to their nature.
- Merchandise and packaged coffee/tea may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy.
- Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
