3. Shipping & Delivery

Local Delivery & Pickup

    • Freshly brewed drinks, pastries, and perishable food items are available for pickup and delivery within the Lower Mainland, BC.
    • We do not ship fresh beverages or perishable food outside this area.

Merchandise & Coffee Beans

    • Coffee beans, tea leaves, mugs, and select merchandise may be available for shipping beyond Vancouver.
    • Shipping times vary based on location and courier availability.

Shipping Fees & Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
    • Once an order has been shipped, Buro Coffee is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the courier.

4. Refunds & Returns

    • Brewed beverages and perishable food items are non-refundable due to their nature.
    • Merchandise and packaged coffee/tea may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy.
    • Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Discounts and promotions are subject to availability and may have expiration dates.
